Bettylou Sakura Johnson. First southpaw on a planer! Was rad to have Bettylou in the war room, and even cooler to see how committed and how hard she went at this project. Bettylou dislocated her right shoulder setting a bottom turn at sunset a day or two before we shot this (you’ll see her nursing/ignoring it in the entire EP if you watch closely.) So fun to have her on and to spend some time talking boxing, Moto and what it feels like to be the queen of Haleiwa (my words, not hers...)
