Mid week interval run. Following our running programs has kept me so accountable the past few weeks. My weeks have been busy so I haven’t been able to follow the plan exactly but I have been changing my days here and there and it’s been so great to have the program to keep me motivated. For those who have been following my running, my knees are not my best friend when I run but I am feeling so strong.
