there is just actually nobody that is more fun to me than @brandongloyd 🫶🏻 the surprise 36 hour New York trip I planned for his birthday ended up being a 96 hour shock to us both! I want to remember every second of this trip. The highlights: 1- birthday dinner for Brandon at Nobu because "we are only here for one night let's just freaking do it" 🫠 lol and ouch. 2- when a cancelled flight turns into a night in Brooklyn staying in the hotel next door to a place Brandon took me to on my 21st birthday and I was so sad because I was in love with him and thought he'd never know. 🥲🫶🏻 I cry when I think about it. We are the luckiest 3- getting to watch The Great Gatsby and catch up with @livevamaria 🥹 you just can't make old friends. It was the lights, the rooftops, the country band playing Johnny Cash and no one in Brooklyn knowing that song. It was coffee and bagels and pretending for the weekend that we were New Yorkers. It really was just everything. And I'm mainly writing it here for us!! So again, happy birthday to you B Gloyd- sorry every birthday after this will suck in comparison! It's New York or Nowhere for us 🫡
