We are proud to present the “Fiat Justitia” Award (translating to “Let Justice Be Done” in Latin) to CPSO’s Cyber Crime Unit Lead Investigator, Stephen Lipscomb. - O.U.R. Liaison, Randy Golding, stated, "O.U.R. recently decided to look throughout the country and select a detective or investigator who is doing an exceptional job and to recognize them for their efforts." The Fiat Justitia award, the first award ever to be presented by O.U.R., will be given every quarter to those who have provided outstanding service to the community. - CPSO received funding from O.U.R. in 2020 to purchase forensic software and equipment that would aid in establishing a Cyber Crime Unit within Concordia Parish. Since then, Lipscomb’s hard work and dedication to protect those that are most vulnerable have made a significant impact on the Concordia Parish community. - We are grateful to the law enforcement officials who work tirelessly to protect victims of human trafficking and exploitation.
