tl;dr: we made a thong!!! @getgush i first posted to my story in january of 2021 looking for a specific black thong - one that sits high on the hips and dips dramatically low. that doesn’t squeeze or slide around. a thong that’s fashion AND function (i wear a lot of sheer). i was shocked at how many of you responded to my ask, wanting the same. what started as a personal quest quickly turned into a rallying cry. i had no idea how, but i decided to try to bring our vision to life. after literal years of samples, pattern adjustments, more samples, supply chain disruptions, and peer reviews, gush is here!!! this entire process has been a total community effort. thank you to @leah.isenberg for introducing me to @ayakanotake who took on this project and created the pattern, who then introduced me to David who has helped produce gush from start to finish (and taught me how all of this even works). to @_ph.ia for being my branding collaborator/genius. to my break team for taking on this project with so much enthusiasm. to the 50 of you who tried and reviewed the sample with honesty so i could make the best product possible. and to every wonderful, excited person in my DMs - LET’S GUSH! join the waitlist at the link in my bio. 🥰💦❤️‍🔥
