Salmon—and our iconic salmon runs—are a way of life in Washington state, especially for our Tribes. But our wild salmon populations are struggling, and fixing that has to be a priority at every level of government. Yesterday, I toured a salmon culvert in King County to see the types of infrastructure projects here in WA state that could benefit from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. I’ll keep working with @secretarypete and @senatormariacantwell to make sure salmon are just as much a priority for the federal government as they are in Washington state.
