couple days ago I watched a movie I didn’t like but main character said: «You have to make some noise, if you want to be heard». we were born as a pure energy of joy, we accepted ourselves and our existence like existence of oceans and birds, but then took some thousands of cages for our soul from not that good people. you are not enough for doing that and that and blah blah blah, but where can we find this measure?
