Throughout this weight loss journey, Iβve learned so much from the mistakes and these are some simple habits that you can follow to achieve a healthier body!
1. Drink tons of water! π¦ Not only it will suppress your appetite, it will also help to increase metabolic rate!
2. Downsize your carbs intake. ππ π₯Try to take lesser rice and noodles, eat more protein and fiber.
3. Eat high protein breakfast. π₯π³π₯ͺIt helps to cut cravings and you will feel less tempted to eat more.
4. Get adequate sleep. π€ Lesser sleep will lead to bigger appetite and harder to lose weight!
5. Exercise regularly. I guess everyone knows that consistent exercise builds a stronger and fitter body!
6. Do fasted cardio. Doing some light cardio exercises on empty stomach helps to achieve better results!
You donβt have to be extreme, just consistent. Even a tiny habits can eventually change your body.
