So incredible to hear “Who Am I to You” on big theater speakers at the end of such an amazing film. 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this song years ago while contemplating the eyes of judgment. Who am I once I dissolve everything I’ve ever known? Who am I if I carve a path away from my upbringing, my religion, faith, identity, moral code? Who am I standing strong in the in the eyes of judgement, resisting the pressure to crumble vs who am I dwindling in its presence? I still think about these questions every day and it’s a beautiful reminder that the creation of music can be the comfort & expression you need in your life when addressing some of life’s biggest questions Congrats to @ellynjameson @goldenmilefilm for such an incredible film and having me a part of your journey.
