All light, compelling, and refreshing for our long LA summer. 🥤Side Effect: a beet Penicillin with a splash of mezcal to dry it out and a super dry California amaro. 🥒 I See Vous: a Vieux Carré build with cucumber-infused @bolscocktails Genever, strawberry-infused @vermouthdolin Blanc dry, basil eau de vie, falernum. Super light and summery. 🍹Fig Easy: an ode to the Big Easy with rye-cognac, smoked fig, Sfumato, smoked rhubarb, Quina-Quina, citrus. 💚 Coco Mamba: Matcha, vodka, coconut, yuzu, and pear brandy. Easy-drinking and with a grassy sweetness. 🍷 Fair Verona: with Makrut lime aperitif, @fordsgin sloe gin, Salers, @stgeorgespirits raspberry liqueur, thyme liqueur. A light Negroni variation for summer. 🧀 Jalapeño watermelon margarita rimmed with freeze-dried feta and tajin. Get past the cheese aroma and it’s a warm and refreshing margarita.
