“The idea behind Play in the Waves is to create a stronger connection with the ocean, create love for the ocean, and create community connection in the water”. This #WorldOceansDay, we teamed up with @onewiththeocean and Coach Lewis from @revolutionaquatics to clean up the beach and make the ocean a cleaner place for land dwellers and sea dwellers alike. One with the Ocean founder @theswimmechanic hosts open water swim sessions through Play in the Waves to teach the younger generation about sustainability and open water safety. By getting kids in the water, we’re able to provide them first hand experiences with open water and what it means to appreciate the ocean.
