INGREDIENTS
2 servings Sakara Organic Protein + Greens Super Powder
2 cups gluten-free flour blend
1 tablespoon matcha
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄2 cup olive oil
1⁄2 cup almond or coconut butter
1⁄4 cup maple
1⁄4 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons flax seed combined with 1⁄4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla
3⁄4 cup plant-based white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine Organic Protein + Greens Super Powder, gluten-free flour blend, matcha, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix well and set the bowl to the side.
In a separate bowl combine oil, nut butter, maple, and coconut sugar. Whisk until combined and creamy. Add in the flax seed mixture and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Slowly begin to add the flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms. Add in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Cover and place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a large spoon to scoop out cookie dough balls. Place on parchment about 3 inches apart.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
