Amrita (Sanskrit: अमृत, amṛta) 🥭 ⁣ The ambrosia of immortality.⁣ By creating these retreats, I get the opportunity not only to travel myself, but to share my love for adventure & share it with my community with the one thing that binds us all—yoga. ⁣ These retreats aren’t just about yoga. The perfect opportunity to explore traveling solo, or come with your best friend.⁣ During Amrita, we spent 4 days diving into the essence of yoga which included a daily practice, journaling & meditation. ⁣ We explored the island on bikes and sailed the waters by boat.
