Thomas is the assistant Director of Finance for John Fraser Restaurants at our Long Island properties. In early May, Thomas fell seriously ill with COVID-19, and had to be put on a ventilator for over a month. Thomas was moved out of the ICU just a few days ago and we are so happy to see him feeling better. While Thomas is on the road to recovery, it will be a long and hard road ahead of him.
