⚡️Working parents... how many of these do you recognise?! ✔️ Always dashing - from drop off to pick up, (don’t you dare be late for that!) the rush for the commute, or meeting to meeting. It’s NON STOP! ✔️ Those meals that you eat at 2.30 just before pick up as you’ve had not a minute to yourself. ✔️ The DREADED call from childcare - of course we don’t want our little ones sick, but it’s an immediate addition to the juggle. ✔️ The stress of managing work and home life - I find that hard! Compartmentalising it all, but also finding your to-do list also filled with booking babysitters, buying nappies & organising homework. ➡️ What have I missed? What do YOU find most tricky about the work/kids balance? ☕️ The plus side though - and occasional coffee and walk alone - GAMECHANGER! AD When I heard about the service @hellokorukids offer, I was interested immediately. Koru Kids nannies are vetted and trained in-house and offer outstanding, flexible childcare. They can do school pick up, assist with homework & do dinner time at home - as I know lots of us feel the day at school is already quite long for our little ones. More importantly, they can help with the wind down after school giving us parents the space to work or just breathe! 🏡 My work is flexible, but sometimes very time sensitive, so I love the idea that a @hellokorukids nanny can come from a minimum of 3h per week & fit into to family life. Finding part-time quality childcare is hard, we’ve all been there!
