This client used baking soda and a bunch of other at home tricks to lighten her hair. Because I could smell the combination of products I started with deox to shut it down. If you haven’t tried deox from @malibucpro your missing out. I use it literally on everyone who has bleach and or oxidative color. It stops it from continuing to work. Then I went in with a crystal gel before I began her corrective process. She ended up only coming to this appointment then found someone cheaper. I’m not mad but I wish I was given a chance to keep going with it .
