My wellness non-negotiables for a great day: 1. Facial ice bath: Immediately calms and resets my nervous system and helps wake me up. Resetting my nervous system is high priority for me at the moment. 2. Red light and journaling: my life has gotten so much better since journaling, even if it’s just a quick 5 minute brain dump before the day begins, it centers me and helps so much with any anxiety + red light multitasking so I stay consistent with it and get all of the anti-aging benefits. 3. My skincare routine is so meditative. It’s my sacred me time ( I love the @Summer Fridays gentle exfoliating pads and eye masks). 4. My morning matcha is truly what I look forward to every day and now that I add @SOULA into it I know I’m giving my gut exactly what it needs first thing to help with bloating and inflammation for the day ahead. I add 2-3 scoops into the milk and use an electric whisk to froth. 5. I have to move my body every day, it helps so much with my stress levels, sleep and body goals. I aim for at least 10-12k steps/day along with some type of strength or Pilates 6 days/week.
