We should always be focussing on owning our ranges of motion if we’re looking to gain strength, mobility, and flexibility! By owning each movement, we are teaching the body to adapt and become stronger in that range. For example, if you can’t maintain a strong posture in a deep seated squat position, try adding some weight as a counterbalance!
