One of my favorite parts in what I do is turning an idea into reality! A few months back Chad told me he wanted to give back in a different way outside of his food/restaurant endeavors, really touching people who looked like him and have gone through some of the same struggles as him so, we went into the prison system. Months of working & pouring into these guys, assisting them with writing business plans, and overall letting them know that they could do whatever they put their minds to & that they had real support upon returning home.
