Don’t let the fear of criticism stop you from sharing your story... I’ve had triggered people comment on celebratory posts... I’ve had triggered people comment on vulnerable posts... Ultimately it doesn’t really matter what I write, the likelihood is that someone, somewhere won’t like it. And that’s something I’ve learned to get comfortable with. Ultimately your story may trigger some and it will inspire others BOTH are medicine. Your lived experience MATTERS. Your story matters.
