Hey all. Just me here, taking up space again. It's been a season of grief, but I find myself finally floating to the surface- with grief now coming in familiar currents rather than breaking in swells. A week ago I left home to wander again. This photo of this brave body taking the risk to take up space is my favorite so far from Morocco. Water, which serves as such an apt metaphor for grief, is a place where the fullness of my body meets no resistance, and maybe that's a metaphor for grief in itself. This fall, I'm privileged to be able to begin working in my art studio full time and bringing another person onto my admin team. You can expect more frequent art releases and, to make social media life a little more sustainable, I've decided to show up a little more in my human form (and not just what I produce).
