They’re salty, they’re crunchy, and we can’t get enough! Thailand ❤️s peanuts, so it’s no surprise we had to get in the kitchen on #NationalPeanutDay! Here’s a recipe for delicious Saku Sai Moo (Pork-stuffed Tapioca Pearls with peanuts)👇
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
3 tablespoon Sahm Kler, mortar and pestle pounded cilantro root, garlic and white peppercorn
1/2 cup of white onions, minced
2 tablespoons Thai white soy
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 cup sweet radish, minced
2 tablespoon palm sugar
1 tablespoon raw cane sugar
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed
1 teaspoon white pepper, grind
14oz bag of tapioca pearls
fried garlic and garlic oil
lettuce
cilantro
thai chili
