I don’t know about you, but I tend to hold stress and tension within my back. I love getting back massages as a way of release but also the use of the yoga wheel is a great assist. I just lay with my back on it and do whatever movements feel good, switching up the speed as needed. I tend to like slow with a deeper bend to really get in there. We tend to be hunched over so much looking at our phone we forget to bend our back in the other direction. When we are hunched forward we are closed off, our gaze is down, heart conclaves. It’s essential to move the back in all directions, opening our heart and chest. The physical movements are direct correlated with our spirits. 🖤What are your favorite movements to do with the wheel?
