The International Grand Marshal and International Honoured Groups are chosen to recognize their leadership and achievements in human rights issues. These positions are selected based on their contribution to fighting discrimination and equality; violence, torture and abuse; and criminalization of LGBTQI+ people, identities, and activities on an international level. They will lead the Pride Parade and act as an ambassador throughout Pride Month Initiatives. In recognition of your ongoing efforts to be defenders of human rights and LGBTQI rights the International Grand Marshal and International Honoured Group nominees are required to share our values of freedom, love, expression and understanding.
