Ad I’m guilty of starting things and not maintaining them. Which is why when it comes to being kinder to the planet it's key for us to find simple, every day changes I can make and stick to. My new one is to boil the kettle once in the morning, fill two thermal mugs and that covers my coffee/tea intake for the day. Energy saved, check! The boys have enjoyed being challenged to take 2-3 minute showers which is actually easier than it looks - it's all in the preparation. I’m still struggling with this one but the boys can nail it. Our last change has been to using Persil Bio Liquid which also helps us save energy, because it’s great at removing tough stains on a lower temperature, 30 degree wash.
