RECIPE ⬇️ PERFECT AUTUMN SALAD 🍂 1 medium butternut squash 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 cup mint 1/2 cup parsley 1 cup Cannelini beans 1 whole pomwgranate Dressing 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/8 cup agave syrup 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp Dijon mustard THE MAGIC 1. Preheat oven to 425 F 2. Peel and chop butternut into cubes 3. Place on baking tray and add oil, cumin, cinnamon, paprika and salt. Give it a good mix 4. Place in oven for 15 to 20 mins till cooked 5. Cook your quinoa, Peel your pomegranate, chop your walnuts, parsley and mint 6. Add all dressing ingredients into a jar and shake 7. Add all ingredients into a bowl pour on dressing (you may not need all of it) and give it a mix 8.
