Breakfast Tacos!!
Corn tortillas, scrambled eggs, quick salsa, scallions, sour cream, and hot sauce.
Make the salsa by sautéing half an onion in olive oil with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Then add in a can of tomatoes and chilis (@madewithlovebyro always told me to keep one on hand) and the juice of one lime and simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Serve warm.
