A special post for all my directors over the years! I am able to be who I am today because of all these people. I don’t think I will ever be able to find enough words to express how I feel about all of you. Over the years, I have tried a lot of activities, but I have never felt more loved and more at home than with the Jenks Guard, and the staff is one of the biggest reasons why. I have gone through so much over the years but because of you, I have been able to get through it and I truly don’t know where I would have been if it wasn’t for all of you. And honestly, the hardest part about graduating and leaving this team will be leaving all of you, but it is because of your guidance that I have developed such a passion for this sport and why I decided to keep spinning after high school. Thank you for believing in my abilities, and trusting me with the responsibilities of having solos in shows. Because of you, I have done things that I never thought would possible for me. Everything I have achieved and will achieve is all possible because of you! Thank you for all of the hugs and love you have given me. Just knowing that you were proud of me and that you loved me was enough to keep me going when I just wanted to give up. Out of all the instructors I’ve had over the years, you are the only one who have cared for me like this, and “thank you” doesn’t even start to describe my gratitude.
