So much love on my dancing post this morning so I wanted to share some of my Top Tips on How I Shake Off A Busy Brain. Bring it back to Basics 1. Hydration - Drink a Glass of Water 2. Sensory - Your Favourite Scent - This will encourage you to take a deep breath and will also help with your happy endorphins! 3. Write It Down - Don't keep all those thoughts locked up in your brain - write them down then make a top 3 priority list for that day. It will feel great at the end of the day if you tick these off 4. Movement - Literally shake it off or in my cade dance 5. Fuel Your Body - Eat or Drink Something That You Enjoy and will help to fuel your energy! A busy brain can't work on empty.
