The perfect caramelized lemon chicken recipe!🍋 @britacooks
Three chicken thighs
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups Cous Cous
1⁄4 stick Butter
2 lemon (sliced)
1⁄2 cup Shallots
3 cloves Garlic
3 Rosemary springs
In a cast-iron skillet
- Add four pads of butter and
- Sear chicken thighs 5-6 minutes each side and remove
- Add shallots and garlic
- Caramelize lemon slices and remove
- Add cous cous and lightly toast
- Add chicken stock
- Add chicken back in skillet with lemon slices
- Top with three springs rosemary
- Cook in oven at 400 for 15 minutes
