It is STEAMY in Miami right now so I stopped by @amazonica.official for a cholado. Typical from Cali, Colombia, a cholado is an icy drink with fresh fruit and condensed milk. Part beverage, part dessert. Always tropical & refreshing. We couldn’t help ourselves to an order of freshly baked pan de bono (Colombian cheesy bread) followed by an oblea, a sweet, crispy wafer sandwich. They have tons of varieties but I only have eyes for chocolate today so the Brownie Oblea it is...No decision regret here, it was so good. Can’t wait to try the others!
