Hi friends, Starting this week, @nikenyc will be launching a series of weekly community runs out of select Nike locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn! I am pumped to be working with Nike NYC as one of your Nike Running Community Coaches. I will be partnering with Coach Extraordinaire @jeslynnyc to lead runs out of Nike Flatiron every Friday at 7am 👱🏼‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️ I never hesitate to share how much running and the running community have given me. To name a few: a clearer headspace, a reminder that it is ok to put myself first, goals that get seemingly crazier as I get older, lifelong friendships, and the ability to see the world on foot. I hope that through this program, new and seasoned runners alike can also harness the power of this sport and community to prioritize themselves, meet new people, and explore NYC in ways they haven’t before. If you can’t make Fridays at 7am, no problem! My friends and fellow Nike Running Community Coaches @sashahfierce, @freewall_e, and @goodwrk will be hosting community runs of their own out of Nike Williamsburg and Nike UES starting this week as well!
