Thanks @allie bennett. I like to use this as warm up and get my steps in, especially since it’s winter and I do not want to be outside for long at all whereas summer I was walking so much including to the gym! I’ve recently been trying to do 30-60 minutes of low impact workout on treadmill as inspired by Sydney lol and this is one way I “zone” out and learn to get the habit in since I’m used to only do max 15 mins on the treadmill.
