#ad my new obsession is making pizzas 🍕 in my wood-pellet pizza oven and today i’m going to show you how i do it. i’m using the @kingsford signature flavors pellets. they’re infused with real spices like garlic, onion and paprika and can be used in this wood pellet pizza oven. #kingsfordflavors 12 ounces pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) 2 ounces low-moisture shredded mozzarella 2 ounces fresh mozzarella Slow roasted cherry tomatoes Kalamata olives Calabrian chili paste Anchovies (optional) Fresh basil leaves Divide the pizza dough into two. I like to stretch it out into two thin pizzas. I used some cornmeal to prevent it from sticking to the pizza peel. When you get it to your desired thickness, add a small amount of tomato sauce, a handful of mozzarella, some fresh mozzarella, a few spoonfuls of cherry tomatoes. And then add some olives, a few dollops of Calabrian chili paste and transfer to your hot pizza oven. Mine was reading at 500F. Cook for about 1 minute and then remove and rotate it 1/4 of the way. Repeat a few more times until it’s all cooked and bubbling, about 4 minutes. Top with anchovies and fresh basil leaves.
