Our weightloss journey wasn’t just about ourselves...it was about making the choice to fight for more time, more memories, and more life with each other and for the ones we love! Over 250+ pounds down total together, and I feel like we're aging backwards. We're very transparent in acknowledging that our journey didn't happen overnight it happened over time! Changing our mindset, Prayer, Fasting, Meal prepping, Working out, and VSG are all tools that have helped us on my journey and still help us today!
