I’m all about quality snacks, especially on outdoor adventures. Here’s what we prepped and packed when visiting Banff 🇨🇦: 1. Breakfast Burritos - with chorizo, eggs, cheddar, onions, peppers, and potatoes. Made a batch ahead so mornings were easy. Pro tip: Let everything cool before wrapping to avoid the dreaded soggy burrito situation! 2. Trail Mix- we made our own to make sure we loved every piece in the mix! My favorites: coconut flakes, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips (obviously). 3.
