We are not broken. Instead, our mental health needs to be tended to, taken care of just like our physical health, so that we can live our best lives. Sometimes that will look like therapy, taking daily walks, dedicating time to do our dishes, meditating, or allowing us to relax. Really, it looks different for everyone — so don't shame yourself for not taking care of your mental health this way or that, instead open yourself up to the options and find what works for you."
