Happy New Years y’all! Hope everyone had their black eyed peas & greens today. Cranberry brined Iberico long chops, Carolina gold rice, collard greens, buttery sweet cornbread, and hoppin’ john (traditionally black eyed peas & ham hock but I couldn’t find ham hocks for the life of me so we rolled with bacon). And an artichoke with miso-mayo for snackin.
