Wolters Elementary School Principal Brian Vollhardt was seen on video pushing a minor with full force. Vollhardt then lied to the child's parents, telling them that the child was the aggressor. Rather than de-escalating, the school principal escalated the situation. Vollhardt did resign as principal and now faces charges. Why didn't the other adults intervene?
