Repost from @jenleereeves • I just had a chance to listen into a conversation with @mollyringwald & @parentandteen’s Dr. Ken Ginsburg who shared stories and experiences about the importance of really listening to teen voices. Ringwald’s teen years were captured through iconic films and the stories of teens now deserve to be amplified and given space to be as real as possible. Listening to my teen watch the session was really interesting. She’s had the strange experience of media trying to define her purpose and identity but she’s made it clear she is doing teen life her own way.
