Pumpkin French toast sticks 🍂 made extra easy with a @Trader Joe's hack 👀 Ingredients 1 loaf Pumpkin Brioche Twist 1qt Pumpkin Ice Cream Toppings (Optional) Drizzle of maple syrup Sprinkle of powdered sugar 1tbsp crushed walnuts Recipe 1. Melt the pumpkin ice cream. This can be done overnight in the fridge or in the microwave on defrost. 2. Slice brioche into thick strips (about 3 strips per slice). 3. Dip quickly in melted ice cream. Don’t let it soak too long! 4. Melt butter in a pan. 5. Brown all sides of the French toast sticks until golden. 6.
