Forgiveness is one of the most valuable lessons I've ever learned, for this reason: it frees one from the dissonance their mind creates.
forgiveness doesn't mean acquiescence, it means empathy & compassion. Many people only know what they know, and haven't been shown better, so they work with what they got, often unaware of the negative repercussions.
For that reason, I've learned to forgive all. Not everyone has learned the ways of harmony, perhaps because they were dealt an extremely poor or tough hand of cards in life, and they may just need that light of ours, than our judgment, to learn valuable lessons that could really help them, & thus others. Every action we take in life, is an action towards the collective consciousness. It all ripples.
But if we can't forgive, we constantly create the negative experience for ourselves to experience, and we suffer from thinking of it the absolute most. Why ruin our own saus like this, that we share with others? Why repeat this toxic cycle that burdens our mental, emotional, & physical body's? We must learn to forgive by finding the gifts of empathy & compassion, In the shadows of this betrayal, or any shadow. There is a gift of light in every shadow, and compassion & empathy is a major key to unlocking this gift.
From observation and intuition, the most forgiving folk, tend to be the free-est, the most lovable, and the most love capable.
Like I said tho, forgiving doesn't mean you have to keep tolerating. Have healthy n fair boundaries and put yourself in harmonious environments and experiences, and also create this harmony as much as possible. It's difficult to cooperate with anyone who creates and cultivates dissonance. We humans are more comfortable around harmony, as it allows us to be ourselves and express our truest truths.
Love deeper, see the divine essence in all, and repeat these powerful words to alchemize your energy into the purest bliss and union:
🗝️Use your heart to feel what you know🙏
Thanks to Paul Chek for that powerful sentence with a powerful story behind it. Easily the most powerful sentence I've ever heard, which came from a master who only had one teaching, that one sentence.
