Bicep grind! We start this workout with two heavy sets followed by burnout sets.

Barbell curls - slow and steady so you feel the burn and get full extension.

Lay back curls followed by burnout curls. Lay back and focus on a slow pace and getting full extension for 10 reps. Once that is finished, immediately sit up and do quick burnout curls. Not worried about full extension here. Just want to focus on burning them out.

Burnout banded curls to finish the circuit off. Hit it for as many times as you can.
