Greek Bowl 🥒🍅 When I think of healthy recipes for the new year, my mind immediately goes to greek bowls!! It always satisfies my cravings✨ Meatballs: •1 lb ground turkey •1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs •1 egg •2 tsp oregano •1 tsp garlic salt •1/4 tsp chili flakes •1/2 tsp pepper •2 tsp lemon juice •1 tbsp fresh dill •2 tbsp fresh parsley •1/3 cup diced red onion Greek Salad: •cucumber •cherry tomatoes •red onion •olive oil •red wine vinegar •oregano •salt and pepper Other ingredients for the bowl: •couscous •pita bread •tzatziki Preheat your oven to 400°F. Mix all the meatball ingredients together in a bowl. In a large pan, heat up some olive oil over medium heat. Sear the meatballs for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Then place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Internal temp needs to reach 165°F.
