With exciting additions to both the main and Happy Hour menus, guests are invited to discover a fresh perspective on rooftop dining. : Highlights include Peach About It ($17), a vibrant blend of Don Julio Blanco, Juliette Peach Liqueur, and citrus cordial. The Panda-Monium ($22) takes things up a notch with Tequila Ocho Reposado, Giffard Apricot, guava, lime, rice crackers and mochi, a playful rooftop favorite. Returning drinks get subtle upgrades too, Shiso Fine ($18) with Bulleit Bourbon, Select Aperitivo, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Blood Orange, and Lemon, while the Tokyo Mariachi ($18) layers Suntory Toki Whiskey, Montelobos Mezcal, Amaro Nonino, pineapple, kaffir lime, and a hint of Togarashi for a smoky-sweet finish.
