(for about 4 servings) HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE π« β 1 small tub cottage cheese (16 oz) β 2/3 cup cocoa powder β 2 scoops chocolate protein powder β 1/2 cup powdered sugar (I used powdered monkfruit) you can use any sweetener of choice, just make sure itβs powdered or liquid, or the texture will be grainy. β optional toppings: nut butter, melted chocolate, sea salt Put everything in a food processor and pulse for about 15-20 seconds to get it creamy. I place into jars and add granola butter and a chocolate shell. You can always taste and see what more youβd like to add.
