(for about 4 servings) HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 🍫 β€” 1 small tub cottage cheese (16 oz) β€” 2/3 cup cocoa powder β€” 2 scoops chocolate protein powder β€” 1/2 cup powdered sugar (I used powdered monkfruit) you can use any sweetener of choice, just make sure it’s powdered or liquid, or the texture will be grainy. β€” optional toppings: nut butter, melted chocolate, sea salt Put everything in a food processor and pulse for about 15-20 seconds to get it creamy. I place into jars and add granola butter and a chocolate shell. You can always taste and see what more you’d like to add.
