Model, creator and performer Luxe had a perfect act for a Fantasy frame, stashed away in her purple bottle, ready to find its light amongst all the sparkling smoke. I was so pleased when Lucy's name was drawn to win a Fantasy Portrait - she had been teasing me with photographing this concept for some time! ・ I created this Fantasy Portrait, like all of them, from the ground up. Recreating artwork by #JoeJusko, I looked at the colour palette of the background, to the shape and definition of the smoke and to the details of the sparkles. ・ 'During the first season [of I Dream Of Jeannie], in black and white, the smoke effect was usually a screen overlay of billowing smoke, sometimes combined with animation. Early colour episodes used a purely animated smoke effect.
