Just before changing for my workout, I couldn’t help but to sit and be proud of how far I’ve come. The passing of my mother, then a year later the passing of my sister, instantly becoming a parent to my then 9 year old nephew, a new job and my own health and emotional issues became so overwhelming at point. It was an extremely dark time, but in tearful prayer, I learned to take it day by day; Small, baby steps to heal my mind, body and soul. Today, I celebrate the small wins because I know they always lead to the big ones. I say all that to say, you’ve been through a lot..Be patient, tender and kind to yourself and celebrate the small wins. ✨K✨
