(Español 👇🏽) This has been life lately. A calm I hadn’t felt in years. 🌖 If you see me less frequently on social platforms, it’s because I’m out here. Barefoot (unless I need heavy-duty boots), regenerating soil, singing to herbs, planting natives, bringing pollinators back, discovering our community & the place we now call home, and trying new vegan recipes. 🌳🌿Did you know medicinal herbs share medicine and nutrients with plants and trees around them? That’s why I love planting them together, surrounding our fruits trees with 5-7 medicinal plants. You can also plant many herbs together in a single pot and what them grow beautifully! - - - - Esta ha sido mi vida últimamente. Una calma que no había sentido en años. 🌖 Si me ven con menos frecuencia en redes sociales, es porque estoy aquí. Descalza (a menos que necesite botas resistentes), regenerando tierra, cantando a las hierbas, plantando nativas, recuperando a los polinizadores, descubriendo nuestra comunidad y el lugar que ahora llamamos hogar, y probando nuevas recetas veganas. 🌳🌿¿Sabían que las hierbas medicinales comparten su medicina y nutrientes con las plantas y los árboles que las rodean?
