What a day... I’ve spent fifteen minutes trying to put in words the stress and chaos of today. I failed. Life sometimes can throw you a curveball... followed by fifteen more. The first few curveballs are manageable but at some point they become overwhelming. Follow this by the school closing for two days very unexpectedly and an hours notice to come and get your children and the overwhelm ramps up a notch. On days like these, all you can be is kind to yourself. All you can do is try and find a little light amongst the chaos. This little yoga session made me feel lighter, it was the sparkle amongst the stress.
